Shipping policy

All products from Moto.Bonita are sourced from U.S. based warehouses first. We want our customers to receive high quality products in a reasonable amount time. Unlike our competitors, we want our customers to enjoy their products at the earliest convenience!

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of placement unless otherwise stated

Customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes when it leaves or enters a country.

Duties are a type of tax charged on goods leaving or arriving in a country, while taxes are a sales tax (such as VAT or GST) placed on purchased goods, including goods from abroad. 

 

Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

If the product is out of stock, it will be ordered and delivery will be made within 15-30 Business days.  Holidays are not counted. Shipping time will be affected by longer customs clearance times or public holidays. If you are not happy with the product, then contact us and we will come up with the best solution.
